Full or Part–time Family Medicine position with a mission–driven community health center to provide and expand community outreach health care and vaccination services to a multi–cultural population in the Erie, PA area. Opportunity to work additional time providing outpatient direct primary care services, with emphasis on modifiable disease detection and treatment.
