InFirst Bank is now seeking a candidate to fill a Compliance Officer role at the Main Office (935 Philadelphia Street) In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the bank's operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field and 8 years of related experience in banking compliance normally required. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational controls, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
