Reporting to the Vice President of Sales for Public Sector, you will play a critical role in growing revenues, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving strategic alignment across the Federal DoD / IC market. Key Responsibilities :
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Federal DoD / Civilian sales organization.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
- Ensure business objectives and financial targets are consistently met across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Drive aggressive revenue growth within the existing customer base while expanding new opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, techniques, and tactics informed by market analysis and customer feedback to exceed corporate goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create impactful, market-specific materials and strengthen Infoblox’s presence at key events and trade shows.
- Align cross-functional teams—including inside sales, marketing, and channel partners—to create a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, ensuring a 3x pipeline against quotas, and utilize reporting tools to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor top talent to build a resilient and high-performing team, fostering a culture of urgency, accountability, and excellence.
