Help Desk Analyst

Help Desk Analysts needed to support a large client's internal technical call center in the New York City area. Position requires extensive phone support of end users with various operating systems and application software. Products include MS WIN 10, MS Office Suite 2019, MS Outlook –Active Directory.

Duties entail:

• Opening, updating and closing support tickets in Service Now, as well as first level triaging and resolution of support requests.
• High volume technical call center environment providing end user phone support in troubleshooting software and hardware problems, network connectivity issues, active directory, iPhone support, blackberry support
• Remote software installation, configuration and support of Dell PC’s, HP Printers and peripherals.
• Must have excellent customer relation and communication skills and be versed with use of Service Now or other ticketing systems.
• Healthcare IT Environment

Experience/Requirements:

· Extensive phone support of end users with various OS and application software.

· IT Help Desk experience required

• Service Now / Other Ticketing System knowledge
• Have worked in a high-volume technical call center
• Use of Remote-In tools – Bomgar, SCCM
• Solving network connectivity issues
• Active directory
• WIN 10
• MS Office 2019
• HDI, ITIL and MCSE a plus
• iPhone/iPad/blackberry support
• Remote software installation, configuration and support of Dell PC’s, HP Printers and peripherals
