Requirements:
- Recent 2 years of PCU, Tele, Cardiac, Stepdown, Even ICU experience
- RN License - IA State or Multi State Compact
- Must be comfortable working w/ straight tele/cardiac patients
- On average N:P- 1:4-6 caseload care
- May float to other units within skillset
- BLS & ACLS -Certification - AHA
- COVID-19 Vaccinated (Exemptions allowed)
