Production Line Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Line Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment. As a key member of the production team, you will help meet production goals while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth, efficient production processes.
• Load materials, ingredients, or components into machines and ensure proper setup according to production specifications.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor production output and make adjustments to equipment as necessary to meet targets.
• Document production data, including quantities produced, quality checks, and machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines, report safety hazards, and contribute to a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the area of work.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Overnight shift
