You excel at building strategic partnerships within the healthcare community and fostering trust with physicians, referral coordinators, and other healthcare providers. You’re passionate about enhancing patient care while driving business growth and have a deep understanding of the infusion therapy landscape.

As the Provider Relationship Manager for Infusion Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with local healthcare providers, increasing patient referrals, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional infusion services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand patient referrals within the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, referral coordinators, office managers, and nursing staff.
• Increase new patient encounters by identifying referral sources and attending community events.
• Provide educational presentations and in-services to healthcare providers to promote Infusion Specialists’ services and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with Infusion Specialists’ staff and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and a positive patient experience.
• Serve as a resource and problem-solver for both referring providers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely reports using CRM and other management tools.
• Advocate for patient needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Organize and participate in local events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in healthcare business development, sales, or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of the infusion therapy landscape.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
