Your performance as our Front Desk Agent will be crucial to the success of our business. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing first impressions of the organization to walk-in customers and meeting them with a professional demeanor that leaves an impression that is both memorable and positive. The ideal candidate for this position will be friendly, welcoming and interested in assisting the public.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Assists guests in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
- Knows all essential aspects of our resort or hotel operations.
- Registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
- Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; and makes change for cash customers.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Facilitates correspondence with guests.
- Works collaboratively with any hotel associates and resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
