InnoTECH Staffing is looking to hire a Fulltime / Permanent Construction Project Manager for an exciting and growing tech company in Southern New Hampshire. Candidates must live close to NH or be open to relocating to the NH area. There is no sponsorship.

About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, engineering, procurement, and construction of new and existing digestor facilities. You will be responsible for managing costs, schedules, and implementing strategic improvements to enhance construction and operational efficiencies. Partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you will drive best-in-class project management processes and support ongoing facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Full-Scale Projects – Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Build & Manage High-Performing Teams – Direct internal and external professionals, including key vendors, contractors, and engineers.
Vendor & Contract Management – Lead RFP / RFB processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement and vendor relationships.
Financial Oversight – Develop and manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial forecasts.
Technical & Quality Assurance – Ensure projects meet all technical, safety, and quality requirements.
Project Closeout & Handover – Manage final construction phases, oversee completion of punch list items, and ensure a smooth transition to operations.
Continuous Improvement – Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project execution.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications
Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10 years in project management within commercial, energy, or industrial construction.
Leadership & Communication : Exceptional ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across all levels.
Risk & Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project risks.
Project Management Expertise : Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
Technical & Software Skills : Experience with Microsoft Office, cost management software, and cloud-based ERP platforms.
Preferred Experience : Background in industrial wastewater treatment, anaerobic digestion, RNG facilities, and industrial food manufacturing wastewater systems.
Travel Requirements
This role is based in Southern NH and requires 30%-50% travel .
