Extensive travel is required in this role, and you will be provided with a company vehicle and all expenses paid for including a per diem.
What You'll Do:
- Perform installation tasks: cable pulls, terminations, device installation, rack fabrication
- Coordinate with lead and senior technicians to meet project requirements for scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Work with Service Technicians and gain experience in various technologies, including:
- Access Control
- Audio/Visual
- Fire Alarm
- Healthcare Communications
- Sound Systems
- Video Surveillance
Requirements:
- Experience in low-voltage or related fields (eg electrical)
- Effective communication skills with employees and customers
- Ability to climb and work from ladders or scaffolding
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints and schematics
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
