What We’re Looking For
We need a strong, responsible leader who is excited to grow a center, inspire a team, and uphold the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least Center Director experience with a track record of success
- Strong leadership & operational skills – ability to manage staff, build enrollment, and ensure compliance
- A passion for early childhood education, family engagement, and team development
- The ability to tour, enroll families, and build strong relationships
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading your center with enthusiasm, vision, and integrity
- Mentoring & growing an incredible team of educators
- Filling your center with happy families through engaging tours and a welcoming environment
- Ensuring compliance with NYS OCFS regulations while maintaining a nurturing atmosphere
- Scheduling, recruiting, and performance management to support staff growth
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $42,000 - $55,000 per year

Schedule: Monday – Friday – Must be able to Open on some days and close on others
Work Location: Primarily Penfield/Macedon Location – Must be willing to travel to other schools ( Pittsford and Brockport as needed)
