Overview
We are seeking a Product Industrialization Engineer to lead the seamless transition of products from development to mass production. This role involves collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Job Description
- Lead product transitions from development to mass production, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and external vendors to optimize processes.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and support new product and software releases.
- Enhance manufacturing processes and develop test procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in product industrialization, manufacturing, or test engineering.
- Expertise in production line optimization and supplier relationship management.
- Familiarity with FDA or regulated environment documentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process improvement, and basic coding languages.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~4 weeks/year).
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
