Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding team at Integra Energy in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of EV charging station installations—from initial site assessments to the successful deployment of high-tech EV infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple, high-tech EV charging installation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, municipalities, and vendors to drive project success and ensure seamless execution at every stage.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, while providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements related to EV charging infrastructure installations, ensuring all projects meet local, state, and industry standards.
- Proactively address and resolve project risks, issues, and changes, maintaining momentum and minimizing disruptions to project delivery.
- Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets, is kept up to date.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations) to ensure smooth, efficient project execution.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and tech-driven work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- 3 years of project management experience in energy, construction, or EV infrastructure, ideally in high-tech, fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in managing infrastructure projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and regulatory standards specific to EV charging installations.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge EV charging technologies, industry standards, and relevant codes (e.g., UL, NEC).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to handle fast-moving, high-tech projects.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a rapidly growing, tech-focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
- Experience with energy efficiency projects is a bonus.
