Duties:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments for patients
- Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
- Assisting the chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- Verifying patient insurance coverage
- Collecting payments and handling billing inquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patients
Experience:
- Prior experience working in a chiropractic office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and appointment scheduling software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Monday: 9:30am - 1:30pm / 2:30 pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday: 9:30am - 1:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am - 1:30pm / 2:30 pm - 7:30pm
Thursday: 9:30am - 1:30pm / 2:30 pm - 7:30pm
Alternating Saturday's: 8:30am-12:30pm
