ABOUT THE JOB
Personal Development Navigators provide one-on-one guidance to individuals with disabilities as they work towards their personal goals and overall independence. Activities can range from teaching cooking skills to a young adult who lives with their parents, to providing conflict resolution between roommates, to motivating a person towards their exercise goals by going on hikes.
This job can be part time or full time, $20-23.50 / hr depending on experience and caseload. Shifts vary between 9am-7pm at locations throughout Marin. Weekend and weekday shifts are available.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Full time :
- The value of these benefits is approximately $1,650 / month for full-time employees

- Commuter stipend up to $105 / month, depending on distance of commute

- Paid time off each year :
Vacation accrual : 7.5 to 20 days, depending on tenure
Part time :
Holidays : up to 10 days based on regularly scheduled work hours, plus 1 day you can use at any time
