Job Summary

• Provide support to external vendors and internal Interdigital personnel.

• Responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable processing, with a strong focus on invoice processing and customer service.

• Strong attention to detail.

• •Willingness and enthusiasm to take on new tasks that deviate from the normal day-to-day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Invoice processing- review and post invoices in AP Automation software and process manual invoices sent to AP.

• Monitor AP mailbox and distribute invoices for processing.

• Main point of contact for vendors and office administrative staff.

• Maintain Concur tracking checklist- post invoice journals and settle payments for specific entities.

• Provide audit support as needed.

• Crosstrain on all payment methods to act as a backup.

• Assist with month end closing procedures.

• Special projects as assigned by Accounts Payable Manager.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.

• Minimum of five years of Accounts Payable experience.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships within and outside of the AP department.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and utilize time management skills.

• Knowledge of accounting functions and financial computer systems.

• Preferred experience in SAP Concur, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Excel.

Salary : $45,000 - $80,000
