We are seeking a detail-oriented EPS Operation Analyst to join our team. Our bank’s Electronic Payment Services (EPS) department handles cross-border e-Commerce/exporter payment collection business and alternative payment distribution service for institutional clients, including top-tier financial institutions and well-established Money Service Businesses with an annual volume exceeding $6B in 2022.
The EPS Operations Analyst I is responsible for analyzing data and trends from various transaction streams. This role involves onboarding new corporate clients, creating and maintaining client database profiles, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient implementation of products and services. Additionally, the EPS Operations Analyst I identifies opportunities for operational improvements and performance enhancements through automation.
Language: Fluent English and Mandarin (speak, read, and write), preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and trends from various transaction streams.
- Facilitate the daily report generation process by reviewing and running automatic report writing tools.
- Identify issues affecting EPS business operations performance.
- Assist with EPS monthly billings and invoices.
- Onboard new corporate clients, create client database profiles, and collaborate with other departments to ensure products and services are implemented in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Review and adhere to the bank’s EPS policies and procedures.
- Communicate with the bank’s customers regarding transaction exceptions.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements and enhance the client experience through communication with clients and other banking professionals.
- Escalate unresolved issues and provide high-quality customer service and operational support for the bank’s customers.
- Stay informed about industry and market trends.
- Perform other EPS operation duties as assigned or required to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, data analysis, computer science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Ability to research and resolve issues independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability to new policies, procedures, and technology platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various management levels within the organization.
- Sharp attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
