Responsibilities:-
- Develop training strategy and plan.
- Create training documents (process diagrams, standards, videos, user manuals).
- Conduct "Training Requirements Analysis" with respect to the new platform rollout
- Design the training curriculum and plan
- Lead the (Lexmark) offshore for training development aligned to plan and curriculum.
- Liaise with Lexmark and SME for review and signoff
- Facilitate train the trainer sessions with support from SME.
- Instructional design experience
- Good communications skills
- Experience with training development tools like Adobe Captivate or Storyline 360 is a plus.
