Job Description:
- Full-time results-driven sales position to actively seek out and engage customers and prospects with integrity.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
- Coordinate all print projects for efficient and accurate estimating, customer service, prepress, production, shipping, invoicing, and payment.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell company products/services using persuasive positioning of company assets to clients and prospects.
- Determine new prospect and client potential for commercial print business and actively pursue those customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Determine any client pain points we can offer solutions for.
- Coordinate sales prospecting effort with team members and house accounts.
- Initiate customer leads through cold calling and client/internal referrals.
- Enter new contacts and prospective businesses into database.
- Ensure project specs are accurate to the client’s requirement for project estimating.
- Enter job requirements into CRM/RFQ platform for pricing, making sure quote received is accurate to present back to the client.
- Confirm agreed upon proof and production timelines with current production schedule, materials needed and any job out-source partner schedules.
- Obtain application documents to assist accounting in onboard new customers.
- Monitor all project’s progress to make sure proofing, production and delivery deadlines are met.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (outside or inside sales)
- Associate degree in business, marketing, sales or similar degree preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered
