What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Investors Management Company?
Investors Management Company is looking to hire a full time experienced Maintenance person for our property in Mt Vernon Georgia.
This maintenance technician position is responsible for:
- Routine maintenance of apartment homes including light electrical repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical duties for the interior and exterior upkeep.
- Participate in completing assigned service requests turned in by residents and provided by Management in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work.
- Inspection of units and get apartments ready for move in.
- Identify and report any maintenance and safety issues to the Property Manager.
- Supervise work done on property by outside vendors/contractors as needed.
Candidates must have at least one year of maintenance experience.
