Clinical Manager - Operations | FT - Mon-Fri | Home Health

Description The Clinical Manager prescribes nursing care, delegates nursing activities, and coordinates the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care to provide optimal quality care, consistent with the hospital’s mission and nursing philosophy, objectives, and standards. The Clinical Manager works with the Home Health Director and the Home Health Coordinators to facilitate, coordinate, and direct staff and patient care activities and the flow of communication and education between staff and management. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | PRN call Requirements Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina.

BSN preferred. Certification in BCLS. Must have computer skills including knowledge of business software. Minimum of 2 years of Home Health experience. Current North Carolina drivers license, valid insurance coverage, and reliable transportation. Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Must be able to lift patients with assistance or with assistive devices. Must be able to perform CPR.
