Position: Sr. Desktop Support / IT Asset Management
Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite M-F)
Duration: 6 month contract, ideally Contract to Perm Full Time Hire
Hourly Rate: 22/hr to 28/hr (slight flex based on experience)
Must Have: PXE Boot with SCCM, IT Asset Management experience, and Desktop Support.
What You Will Do:
- Image computers (PXE boot with SCCM imaging).
- Ship equipment, e.g. laptops and monitors, to new hires.
- Validate functionality of computers for possible use.
- Deploy onsite equipment.
- Provide light desktop support.
- Replace printer toner.
- Troubleshoot equipment.
- Provide end user support.
What Gets You The Job:
- The blend of IT Support and IT Asset Management experience.
- PXE boot and SCCM for imaging - open to similar technology experience.
- Experience with equipment refresh and data transfer.
- Experience working in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with imaging computers.
- Experience with troubleshooting equipment.
- Experience with video conferencing is a plus.
- Ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Has good attention to detail and good work ethic.
- Punctuality and reliability.
