Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing and acquiring properties for our affordable housing portfolio across the United States.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities in the affordable housing sector.
- Analyze financial statements, property valuations, and investment proposals to assess potential acquisitions.
- Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support acquisition decisions.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to develop acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
- Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions, including site visits and coordination with third-party vendors.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments impacting affordable housing investments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of affordable housing policies and funding sources is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
