What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at IT Connect, LLC?
This is a 6 month contract-to-hire and this person can start on 12/02/24. Benefits and PTO start after the 6 month contract period.
- Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- This role is 100% onsite
- $22-$25 per hour, possibly as high as $25 per hour if someone has an HR degree
HR Duties:
Onboarding
Offer letter preparation
Manage applicants via applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage job boards like really and Monster
Background check coordination
Administrative Duties:
Pulling Invoices
Filing documents
Scanning documents
Clerical related activities
Administrative type work
This is a role where someone can grow into a more HR focused position aside from the administrative aspects.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
