Job Title: HR Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at project development, and enjoys working independently to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and streamline HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Build out and manage organizational systems, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Research and develop creative solutions for employee engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and maintaining project records.
- Act as a key point of contact for team members, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on assignments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and proactively address challenges.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools including our Payroll system, Paylocity.
- A creative mindset for designing and implementing new processes or initiatives.
