Job: Telecommunications Analyst
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 12 Months
REQUIRED SKILLS (2 to 5 years):
Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoint management.
Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, or ACD).
Mobile device support and management.
Networking concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, or VoIP).
Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323, and other VoIP technologies
Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure
Nice To Have Skills
Vendor experience with Cisco, Mitel, Zoom, AirWatch, Apple Business Management, or Microsoft.
