Primary Responsibilities
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting of cleared candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
- Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in this highly-competitive market/industry
- Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships.
- Maintain applicant tracking system with accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates
- Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Conduct phone and/or preliminary interviews
- Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes
- Perform salary negotiations
- Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- A proven track record of strong performance in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates
- Strong proactive sourcing skill; web searches / tools, name generation and networking
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
