Consider becoming a Resident Monitor.
Our residential programs are as different at the varied populations we serve, but within each program Resident Monitors (RMs) are responsible for ensuring the on-going supervision and safety of all residents. RMs encourage responsibility and accountability with residents. They have active interaction with residents in daily living activities, provide feedback to youth regarding acceptable interactions with staff and peers, and assist youth with risk or crisis management issues when needed.
RMs work as a team with other staff to foster consistent implementation of the program as a whole, and provide clear and concise documentation of interactions with residents.
