We are now hiring an experienced renovation technician to be a part of our traveling crew No on-call required!
No Fridays!! *4... 10 hour work days Mon. - Thurs.
*some overnights will be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare/turn rehab vacant/occupied apartments according to a fast pace schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of apartment maintenance preferred
- Light carpentry
- some heavy lifting
