Job Summary: The Samples Fulfillment Technician, reporting directly to the Director of R&D, plays a vital role in the seamless operation of sample compilation for both the sales and R&D teams. The technician is responsible for ensuring proper packaging, generating labels, and producing Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents for each sample. Additionally, they oversee the shipping process and provide timely status updates to the broader sales and R&D team through the company’s internal systems. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized work environment and extends to fulfilling other duties as assigned by the Director of R&D, showcasing adaptability and versatility within the position.

- Collaborate with the Director of R&D to compile samples for both the sales and R&D teams, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Manage inventory efficiently, including scaling raw materials as needed, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
- Take responsibility for the proper packaging of samples, ensuring materials are accurately scaled, and preparing samples according to established protocols.
- Work cross functionally with the quality and R&D team
- Handle the printing of labels and generate Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents for each sample, maintaining a high standard of accuracy
- Execute shipping processes for samples and communicate status updates to the broader sales and R&D teams
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work environment, contributing to a productive and efficient workspace
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Director of R&D, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs within the role.

- A solid understanding of testing equipment and a willingness to learn
- A minimum of 2-5 years of inspection and/or production experience.
- A strong working knowledge of mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
- A demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- The ability to analyze and interpret information

Education/Certification/Licensing:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- Fluent command of English Language required.
