Qc inspector

• According to process inspection standards and inspection specifications, implement the implementation of process inspection work, and supervise the completion of inspection records to ensure product quality in line with customer requirements.
• According to the nonconforming product handling process, responsible for collecting process inspection quality abnormal information and feedback to the responsible department, assist engineers in tracking improvements to improve product quality.
• According to the production material details of the work order, responsible for supervising the consistency of raw materials and auxiliary materials in the production process with the production work order to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirements
• Participate in the evaluation of defective products (semi-finished products and finished products) generated in the production process according to the non-conforming products handling process, while keeping the relevant records to ensure that non-conforming products do not flow to the next process.
• In accordance with the company's Continuous Improvement System, we propose improvements or suggestions for revisions to documents such as process inspection methods and quality standards in order to ensure the integrity of the quality management system.
• In accordance with the company's disciplinary management system, supervise inspectors in accordance with the requirements of the system to ensure that there are no violations.
• According to the new product introduction plan, to assist the process of the Department of new products, new technologies, new materials involved in the introduction process of quality control, analyze the process quality is stable, whether the product is qualified, to ensure that new products, new technologies, new materials successfully introduced.
• According to the company's contract review system, participate in the sample production plan review, process monitoring, warehouse confirmation, as well as identify process risks
• According to the company's quality management system, participate in the discussion and update the revision of quality standards, and collect data for verification to ensure the rationality of the standard
• According to the company's new products or new materials introduction system, follow up the introduction process of quality improvement and verification, to ensure that the mass production before the closure of the problem.

Job knowledge requirements

Proficient in using 7 QC methods, familiar with customer factory inspections and system audits, trained in ISO9000 system management, and familiar with enterprise management and manufacturing enterprise operation and operation management systems.

Proficient in applying SPC, FMEA, MSA and other methods, familiar with various products and manufacturing processes of the company, and familiar with the daily workflow of the quality department;
