Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is looking for a Call Center Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our Inside Sales Department.

DUTIES:
- Oversee a team of inside sales agents to support performance goals.
- Hiring, development and performance manage team.
- Ensure call center policies and procedures are followed to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor call center performance through call recordings, call metrics and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to installation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1- year of experience in a supervisory position.
- Computer skills – general computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. CRM experience a plus!
- Experience working in call center environment.
- Strong ability to solve problems, communicate and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a flexible schedule (some nights and weekends).
