Jagoe Homes is looking for a talented and motivated Residential AutoCAD Drafter and Designer to join our team in Owensboro, Kentucky. If you have experience in production and custom home design, we want to hear from you!

As a Residential AutoCAD Drafter and Designer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our portfolio of master plans, website/marketing materials, and production construction details. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our designs are accurate and meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain plan portfolios, including master plans and marketing materials.
• Assist in the design development and redesign of existing plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and minimize variances in house plans.
• Schedule and utilize web-based software to manage workflow effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AutoCAD and home design, preferably in a builder’s office.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
