Operations/Administrative Manager
Location: Tuscaloosa, AL (On-site/Hybrid)

James Outdoor Advertising is looking for an Operations & Administrative Manager to oversee key business functions, including bookkeeping, payroll, ad scheduling, customer success, and office administration.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a critical part in keeping our business running smoothly while working directly with clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bookkeeping & Payroll – Manage accounts, reconcile transactions, process payroll, and generate financial reports.
- Ad Design & Scheduling – Coordinate ad creative, schedule digital billboard ads, and ensure accurate campaign execution.
- Customer Success – Serve as the main contact for advertisers, assist with ad campaigns, and provide performance insights.
- Administrative Support – Handle contracts, records, office operations, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in bookkeeping & payroll (QuickBooks Online).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or billboard scheduling software is a plus).
- Strong customer service & communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.).
- Experience in advertising, media, or out-of-home (OOH) is a bonus!
