Summary
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a high level executive. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive energy & rapport building skills
Responsibilities
Decorum
- Exert positive energy & disposition with internal & external stakeholders
- Maintain discretion & handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Display professionalism in attitude, behavior and attire
Communication Management
- Overall communication management (Regularly organize & maintain)
- Answer, vet, and direct phone calls, emails, in- person inquiries, or any other form of communication
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
General Administrative Support
- Calendar management for executive
- Aid executive in preparing for & managing meetings
- Draft slides/ presentations, proposals, reports, meeting notes and other documents for executives
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
