JK Seva, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on UKG (formerly Kronos) solutions, Seva Gateway projects, and Infor ERP projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with other senior project managers, vendors, and customers to design, implement, and upgrade solutions to meet specific business needs. As a leader in WFM and ERP consulting services, JK Seva, Inc. offers superior project oversight, industry best practices, and training options. The Project Manager will be an integral part of the JK Seva, Inc. team, assisting with project management duties, process improvement, assisting with our Seva Gateway growth and management, internal management of projects, and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other senior project managers, vendors, and customers to design, implement, and upgrade solutions.
- Project management duties, including administration, project coordination and oversight, scheduling, and some budget management.
- Help analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in meetings with customers, vendors, and consultants to discuss project status, issues, and resolution.
- Provide superior customer service and effectively communicate project updates.
- Assist in ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks.
- Assist with Seva Gateway's managed services "plus" offerings and expanding services to clients
- Provide project oversight for internal projects and other cross business line project management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of project management experience, including project oversight, scheduling, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior project managers, vendors, customers, and other team members.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience with UKG (formerly Kronos) Workforce Management solutions is preferred
- Experience with ERP project management. Infor project management experience a plus
- Understanding and experience working in a consulting services environment.
