Title: Associate Wealth Management Advisor
Description: “A comprehensive financial planning and wealth management practice serving the closely-held business market, high-income professionals and high-net worth retirees is looking for an advisor to help maintain existing client relationships (to include additional planning and prospecting) and manage new client acquisition for the Lead Advisors.”
The Associate would be directly accountable for the following critical tasks:
- Assumes primary responsibilities for all critical interactions with new or existing client in conjunction with Lead Advisors
- Vital to follow existing task / Project base operational workflow with clear policies and procedures
- Preparation of financial analysis and financial planning recommendations
- Follow through of client relationships, and investment portfolio management
- Associate would ensure the maintenance of an efficient, organized and compliant wealth management practice
Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
- Proposal and Case Preparation
- Financial Plan Development
- Onboarding new accounts (401k rollovers, transfers, etc.)
- Investment Portfolio management and trade execution
- Confidently manage existing and new insurance/investment accounts and strategies
- Eagerly respond to client requests and needs
Qualifications:
-Series 7 & 66 or 6 preferred, required within 90 Days
-Life, Accident and Health licensing required upon start
-Associate financial advisor or operations experience preferred
Skill set requirements:
-Desire to be competitive, self starter, and resourceful by taking appropriate ownership according to an existing plan of action
-Ability to recognize and provide solutions to problems
- Ability to persuasively and enthusiastically communicate verbally or in writing through a detailed knowledge based protocol
- Ask great questions to gather knowledge to be able to provide logical solution to the problem
-Familiarity with Microsoft applications and ability to quickly learn Enterprise Software (Excel, Word, CRM, Box.com, Financial Planning Software)
-Strong critical thinking, financial analysis and problem-solving skills
-A need to work on multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely and quality manner (thrives in a multi-tasking high urgency environment)
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete work with a very high degree of accuracy (comfortable referencing historical data)
-Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members
-Compensation:
