Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document handling through scanning, emailing, faxing, and e-filing.
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts and oversee associated processes.
  • Process and address account service requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Answer client phone calls and provide professional support as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Redtail CRM, and Monday.com for daily tasks and project management.
  • Travel periodically to new office locations to support development initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new Financial Advisors during M&A projects.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Starting salary ranges from $45,000 - $60,000 per year. Relevant experience includes:

  • Working with data entry, numbers, sensitive and confidential information
  • Having relevant office experience
  • Directly working in the financial services industry
  • Experience working with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial
  • Education in finance, having financial certifications, and/or securities licenses


Benefits Effective Upon Hire:

  • 9 Full paid holidays (if falling during Mon-Fri)

Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, state background check, and federal fingerprinting. Those unable to pass are not encouraged to apply.


Job Type: Full-time


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Daylight shift
  • Candidates should be open to some evening and weekend hours for networking opportunities, client appreciation events, and to support team initiatives.


Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)


Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)


Ability to Relocate:

  • Export, PA 15632: Relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Relocation expenses are not reimbursed
  • Commute expenses are not reimbursed


Work Location: Full-time In person. Hybrid positions are not available. 

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
