Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, with an emphasis on health plans.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage data collection related to employee performance and engagement metrics.
- Lead company-wide open enrollment.
- Assist in budget planning.
- Serve as a point of escalation for benefits inquiries.
- Monitor programs and ensure they are in compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Section 125 Plans, medical, dental, vision and leave policies.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, and other federal and state regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making and reporting purposes.
- Experience in training development and implementation is a plus.
- Familiarity with strategic planning processes within an HR context is advantageous.
