We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our Americas Field Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Specialist of Demand Generation with executing online and in-person marketing events and funneling high-quality leads to sales. You will gain hands-on experience working with a global marketing team and a large sales organization with territories in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
What you’ll be doing...
- Participating in the creation, promotion, and execution of webinars (building landing pages, emails, social media posts, sales communication, call-to-action messaging, etc.)
- Supporting the creation of pre-event and post-event marketing communication packages
- Performing A/B testing on marketing communications and identifying areas of improvement
- Measuring the ROI of events and reporting findings to colleagues
- Collaborating with various teams across global marketing and Americas sales to field requests, share best practices, and help with the overall performance of the team
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university. (not graduating prior to Dec 2025)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing software tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Highly collaborative and self-managed.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
