What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Coordinator position at JobNimbus?

Mission
The event coordinator will provide seamless administrative support and event execution throughout the various types of events hosted by or at JobNimbus. This will involve the ownership in booking travel for the company, swag preparation, closet organization, and more.
Measurables
- 100% of JobNimbus employee travel requests completed within 48-business hours
- Completion rate of event checklists (packing up/shipping out trade show supplies)
- Percentage of travel bookings made within budget
Outcomes
- Successful execution of our Crew Summit events help to retain customers and prove to them how much we care about them and their success in the field.
- Cost-effective trade show events provide JobNimbus with the opportunity to get in front of potential customers to showcase what our product has to offer. In addition to new sales, the presence for our current customers, and a chance to notify us of any hiccups they may be having on their events.
What makes you the hero for this job
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or related field.
- Trade show experience preferably in the SaaS field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in G-Suites (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)
