What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin position at John Wood Group?
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
- Responsibilities will include supporting functions to our operations. Ability to meet demanding work load and deadlines.
- Verify accuracy of production data. Coordinate operational reporting to the appropriate departments and outside agencies.
- Validating vendor information in the Accounts Payable System. Researching statement balances and answering Vendor inquiries and questions.
- Assist other Administrative Department personnel with special projects as needed.
- Microsoft Outlook experience
- High school diploma or GED required, a college degree is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
