Fleet Specialist
Position Overview :

We are looking for an organized, self-starter to support Johnsonville's Private Fleet office operations.
The Fleet Specialist will work within the team environment supporting scheduling customer delivery, data entry into various systems, invoicing third party vendors, processing invoices and driver payroll.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule customer delivery appointments via web-based tools and email
- Confirm appointments and update Johnsonville's Transportation Management System
- Track and trace priority shipments
- Process invoices - receivables
- Prepare and monitor third party invoices for services rendered
- Support driver dispatch
- Process and submit driver payroll
- Other duties as assigned
