Job Summary

As the Business Applications Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the IT department from infrastructure to expansion, compliance to cybersecurity, and all things in between while also assessing where we are now, and thinking big for where we are headed.

You will need to have at least 5 years of experience leading an IT department, specifically in the strategic role of IT systems, business applications and infrastructure. Experience leading technical and non-technical users to adopt technological change, be well versed in all things Microsoft, and have solid project management abilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure, applications, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that support and facilitate business goals and objectives
• Manage projects and tickets of external IT resources (contracted services) and internal IT resources (steering committee, IT support personnel).
• Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Advise company and dept leaders on technology strategies to enhance business performance
• Develop and implement IT, security and compliance policies, practices and procedures
• Build, maintain and manage documentation of company’s technology infrastructure
• Lifecycle management including selecting and purchasing replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems to operate effectively.
• Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

Food Safety Responsibilities

• Help ensure and foster food safety practices and procedures in all areas of our facility
• Oversee administration of IT systems that support FSQA requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT infrastructure and services.
• Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interfaces, and IT security.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 Pro and Windows Server 2016, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint and Azure.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and NetSuite
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management experience
• Proficient in administration and oversight of cloud based SAAS business aplications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
