COMPENSATION: Starting range $85,120.00 - $106,400.00 annually
STATUS & HOURS: Full-time, regular (approximately 2,080 annual hours) position.

DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the IT Enterprise Business System Manager is to provide oversight and vision to business applications, managing the project management lifecycle and creating safeguards against risk through proactive guidance, comprehensive documentation and continual assessment of MNHS business processes and internal controls.
SUMMARY OF WORK: 1) Manage projects to advance business applications and ensure that systems are aligned to and directly support technology services’ strategy and objectives for MNHS; 2) Oversee the Business Application Team, which manages the planning and implementation of front- and back-end technology that serves the public-facing digital portfolio at MNHS; 3) Create short- and long-term business application and system goals; 4) Lead the development and assist in the implementation of resources that ensure best practice in technical support and application; and 5) Provide overall direction for placing, training, supervising and motivating assigned staff, interns, volunteers and fellows.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Six years experience creating project charters and leading large-scale IT related projects.
Four years of experience with enterprise systems administration, design, and analysis, in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Consumer Relationship Management (CRM), and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools.
Strong knowledge and demonstrated use of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and best practices.
Experience in application modernization, cloud migration, and IT transformation initiatives.
Experience acting as a technical resource on issues regarding computer operations, data communications, and networking technologies.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift 10 pounds.
DEMONSTRATED SKILLS IN:
Supervising staff, writing work plans and actively managing employee’s performance to ensure success towards organizational goals.
Facilitating product development using Agile principles or other project management system.
Can exchange ideas, thoughts, opinions, knowledge, and data so that the message is understood with clarity and purpose.
Customer service and interpersonal communications skills sufficient to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and stakeholders
Multitasking, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines, prioritizing and adapting to changing priorities.
Working independently and taking individual initiative while also being able to collaborate effectively and contribute positively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a demonstrated results orientation.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
Best practices in information technologies and implementation.
Agile principles and methodologies.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
Strong budgeting and negotiations skills.
Familiarity with best practices for API programming.
Experience with rapid digital prototyping.
Familiarity with multifaceted operations.
Experience successfully using MySQL, Python, TypeKit, Fast API.
