Description:
Our Judge Group client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model, and will be experienced in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business needs.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, data management, and security management.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom fields, objects, workflows, and processes.
- Provide end-user support to ensure optimal usage and adoption of Salesforce.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce by reviewing regular data quality checks and cleaning up data as needed.
- Perform quality assurance tests on new Salesforce enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, including creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, user interface layouts, and flows.
- Experience working in Salesforce organizations with multiple integrations to other systems, including third-party applications and APIs.
- Experience being a part of an agile development team.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud experience would be a huge bonus.
