This role will drive the digital marketing strategy, optimizing digital channels to attract, engage, and convert prospects, while supporting JumpCrew’s overarching growth initiatives.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with Marketing Implementation Managers supporting specific sales channels. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will focus on driving online traffic, optimizing digital campaigns, and enhancing lead generation efforts for our sales teams and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and Marketing Implementation Managers to create and implement digital marketing strategies that support sales channels and achieve company growth goals.
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, ensuring that JumpCrew’s website and content are optimized for maximum visibility and lead generation. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and work to maximize ROI.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to capture high-quality leads through digital channels, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others. Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Website Optimization: Work with the web development team to ensure the company website is continuously optimized for performance, lead conversion, and user experience.
- Client-Specific Deliverables: Deliver digital marketing campaigns that align with JumpCrew’s client partnerships, ensuring all goals and KPIs are met in a timely manner.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, applying best practices to improve the performance of digital campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and lead generation.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization for conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with B2B marketing, SaaS, or subscription-based industries is a plus.
