Position Overview
The Marketing Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with Marketing Implementation Managers who support specific sales channels. You will develop creative assets that align with marketing strategies and directly contribute to the success of channel-specific campaigns. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will provide essential design support for campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Partner with Marketing Implementation Managers to create tailored visuals for specific sales channels, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies.
- Creative Asset Development: Design high-quality marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and print collateral.
- Channel-Specific Solutions: Customize designs to meet the unique needs of individual sales channels, focusing on enhancing marketing effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Develop graphics and multimedia content for blogs, infographics, and other marketing initiatives that effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Client-Specific Deliverables: Deliver high-quality, complete, and on-time graphic design work that aligns with the specific needs and contractual commitments for JumpCrew’s client partnerships.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to support marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in both digital and print design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with B2B marketing, SaaS, or subscription-based industries is a plus.
