Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring food quality. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant environment, including food handling, food prepping, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. This position requires a commitment to teamwork and a passion for providing high-quality service.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Handle food items safely and efficiently, adhering to all food safety regulations.
• Operate the Square POS system for processing transactions accurately.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
• Perform bussing duties to keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the kitchen and service areas.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness in all work areas, including the kitchen and customer service zones.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required. We will train you!
• Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
