Description:
- Perform Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, logging, tracking, and distributing using the Lawson Accounting system, and ensuring proper approvals, documentation, and account coding.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and accurately review for discrepancies.
- Maintain tracking files, scan and file documents, and complete other administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor the shared Accounts Payable mailbox, manage vendor communications, resolve invoice issues, and collaborate with cost centers.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize and complete tasks within strict timelines.
- Accounts Payable experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong multitasking and time management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
